“[On] Sunday I had my debut preaching in Portuguese in one of the bush churches – it went quite well, which encouraged me. I talked with a few of the pastors that week and they shared some of the difficulties they are facing. These conversations somehow stayed with me when I returned to Pemba and I am still praying and thinking about how these bush churches and their pastors can be equipped better.” Please pray for Verena as she searches for ways to encourage pastors and churches in more remote areas of Mozambique.
