Give thanks that Ruth has had a restful time on home assignment, visiting supporter churches and catching up with UK friends and family. Pray for her as she has now returned to the islands, and that God would give her peace and a smooth transition as she settles back into island life. Give thanks that her friend, who became a believer while she was in the UK, has been enthusiastic in sharing the gospel despite the pressure for Christians to hide their faith during Ramadan. Pray that the island believers would continue to find joy in Christ and enjoy a little less scrutiny now Ramadan has finished and would be emboldened to continue sharing Christ with their neighbours.
