Eid al-Fitr, the celebration at the end of Ramadan, is due to begin tonight. Families celebrate the holiday together and give gifts of clothes and sweets, women often decorate their hands with henna and listen to traditional music, and life for many Muslims will return to what it was before Ramadan once the celebrations are over. Please pray that this year many will have discovered a hunger to know more of God and his ways and that God in his mercy will lead them to meet Christians and discover in his word that only Jesus can bring us close to him.
