“This year has been jam-packed and God has sustained us through some tiring times. Generally we’re all doing well. Just after New Year Paul went off to the youth camp in the neighbouring district for 4 days. The most encouraging part was the hunger the young people had for God’s word. Paul gave 2 talks and showed a movie made by AIM called “The Distant Boat” which seeks to encourage the African church to missions. We also started a Bible study in our home on Wednesday evenings with the “youth” (20-35yrs) and most weeks there’s 10-15 attending. It’s been a real encouragement to us and so far we’ve done the book of Colossians and are now in the life of Elijah…Pray for the youth in the church here that they would have a passion to clearly share the gospel in the rural communities.”
