“Heather will continue her role as CEO of Growing Nations in Lesotho and assisting Barry with the AIM Lesotho Unit Leader role. Both of us will continue to mentor and equip the Growing Nations staff team, working alongside them as they run the project on a day-to-day basis. Barry’s focus outside of Growing Nations will be in his role as AIM Unit Leader for the Lesotho team.  As part of this role he will continue to be responsible for the member care of the other 15 AIM missionaries working across Lesotho, and will also spend time looking at ways in which AIM and Growing Nations can work more closely together.  An exciting thought, which we hope to develop further in conjunction with August in his new role as a mobiliser for AIM, is Growing Nations being used as a training base for teams of missionaries to come and learn about Farming God’s Way whilst combining that training with a church planting course (probably in South Africa).  Once trained, the aim will be to send out small teams to live amongst some of the many Unreached People Groups in Africa to teach Farming God’s Way whilst sharing the gospel with them.”
