Russ and Lyn are preparing to retire after many years serving with AIM in South Sudan. They will be departing Africa at the end of this month. Pray for them in this season of change. They give praise to the Lord for a successful language teachers’ course for nine Lopit last month. They used part of a recently translated book of Genesis during morning devotions and the trainees appreciated being able to use the Scriptures in their mother tongue language. Each teacher was provided with a full pack of Lopit materials and a head full of knowledge. Pray that the work God started through the Nobles will continue going forth into South Sudan and beyond.
