“There are so many opportunities to share and talk with people… Disussions range from rather condescending sermons, to polite listening but no real interest in learning more of what I believe, to some genuine curiosity and surprise that I don’t do things like them. Sometimes it can be very frustrating as I reach the limits of my language ability very quickly… It is a time of real opportunity, and therefore real spiritual battle. We need your prayers; many of the team are having really good conversations with friends and neighbours, but at the same time feel tired and challenged. Pray for perseverance, pray for breakthroughs of the Holy Spirit into people’s lives, pray for a great movement of turning to Jesus.”
