Cees and Mirjam Molenaar serve in Kotido, Uganda, to engage the Karimojong people for Christ. Mirjam trains teachers and children’s workers using materials called “In Step with the Master Teacher” (ISMT) – there are currently 60 participants. One recent participant wrote, “The lesson on salvation changed my life. Frankly, I was only a Christian in name. I have now come to know the Lord Jesus as Saviour and Redeemer. I didn’t know the Bible was so beautiful, I feel like reading all the stories!” 

Topista, a Karamojong woman, has taken two different courses in children’s ministry. On Sundays, she leads the children’s program in her congregation.  During the week, she and the team go to unreached villages to evangelize, and she has also started a Christian community school in a nearby town, together with some mothers. Pray that many Karamojong children will come to know and obey God.
