“It was like travelling back into the past as I stepped onto the cement dais in the Primary 6 classroom… [I was acting] as Jessica [Goldschmidt]’s colleague as she directed an event as part of the Why Wait? Life Skills Programme… on Saturday morning I joined her and some of the young people from 3D Christian Camps to present the programme based on the teaching of 1 Corinthians 12 that everyone is to be valued even though they are different. I opened the four-hour morning event with the children composing ‘A Booklet About Me’ through questions and answers in English. Later the 80+ children explored their different interests as they participated in creative activities of dance, drama, singing and pottery. Please pray for the second session with the primary school on Saturday 18th March. The focus will be on the need to make good friends and avoid bad friends.
