Pablo* serves in West Africa, where he continues to use English teaching to develop relationships for the gospel. In the academic year which has just finished, Pablo led a team of six foreign and local teachers to: welcome 150 registered students, plus visitors; teach classes from ‘Debate’ and ‘Business English’, to ‘Acting’ and ‘World Cultures’; organise events from leadership skills seminars, to paintballing and beach parties; and make improvements to the English Centre, such as better library systems. Spiritually, Pablo is grateful for God orchestrating things, allowing him to meet the right people and be in the right places, where opportunities to share the good news have been so frequent. He has been able to disciple three new believers and welcome a couple of second-generation believers as students at the English Centre. Pray for fruit from the seed which has been sown and give thanks for safety and health in an oppressive place (politically, physically, and spiritually).
