Elle is part of a medical ministry team on the Indian Ocean Islands. She has been finding hospital work frustrating recently – please pray for her patience and understanding! Ask that the Lord would help her to advise and support well where there has been a lack of training, in a way that will be appreciated. Pray for wisdom as to what to focus on first, and peace to be able to give to the Lord what she cannot control.
