A Rolex is classic Ugandan street food, sold at roadside stalls across Kampala and other urban towns. Despite the name, it has nothing to do with expensive watches! Vendors shouting ‘rolled eggs’ often sounded like they were saying ‘Rolex’, and the name has stuck! You can even mix and match what you add to the egg to suit your preferences – we think that a bit of bacon or sausage might be nice!

Madagascar is thought to have more than 300 species of frogs, 99 percent of which only live in Madagascar. Frogs are the only amphibians found in Madagascar—there are no toads, salamanders, or newts.
