Pray for the 463,000 Rangi of Tanzania. Since 2000, the number of evangelical believers has been growing. At one point the church was burned down, but it was rebuilt, along with a medical clinic, and school dorms. Baptisms are taking place, and more workers are needed. A translation project is progressing well. Pray for one of the teenage boys who is a daily visitor at the missionaries’ home. No father, absent mother, from a poor family, and pretty much left to fend for himself. He’s been skipping school and hanging out with some other teens who are going down the wrong road. Pray that the love of Christ would penetrate his heart and mind. Pray for the big playground project that happened last month in one of the villages. The missionaries worked together with the local elementary school to build a playground for the students. Lots of helpers and logistics came together. Pray that this project would help the community see God’s light and love!
