Ann works among an unreached people group in northern Chad. Pray for interactions with two ladies who professed faith in the past, but are less willing to engage with Ann now. Ruth* is 30yrs old and has 6 children 14yrs-21 months and is pregnant again. Her husband has no work and doesn’t want to work in others’ fields, which means money is very difficult. Ann was able to meet her recently for the first time in a long time because Ruth has been out working every day in her fields but is now waiting for harvest time. She believed in Jesus about two years ago, but locals don’t want her talking to Ann so they must meet inside to avoid being seen. Pray for Ann to know how to help. Faye* is 28 years old and has 6 children of whom 3 died (before Ann met her). She was previously Ann’s language helper and believed in Jesus 3 years ago but is no longer interested to talk about it. God knows her heart. When Ann visited recently, Ruth was away at a funeral … finding people at home can be a challenge. Pray for wisdom for Ann in connecting with these ladies.
