Pray for the 6,300 Ik people of Uganda, who are a small farming and hunting community based between the large Karamojong and Turkana pastoralist tribes. Praise God for the small local church in the community, and for the Bible translation work that has been started. Please pray that the church and translation team will strengthen and support each other well and that the small group of believers will be enabled to persevere despite the trials they face.  Ask the Lord to build His church amongst the Ik.
