Amelia serves in West Africa, sharing the gospel with those in a region that is very opposed to the message of Jesus Christ. Recent progress in her language learning has coincided with some great new connections in the neighbourhood. Both of these have been an encouragement to her. Along with this, Amelia has been doing some evening ‘classes’ with a few of the teenagers in the neighbourhood. It’s very informal – and as they meet at her neighbours’ house, their five-year-old son is invariably jumping around in the middle of them, repeating words or phrases he hears. Plans are coming together for her Home Assignment in the UK. Please pray for wisdom as Amelia decides how to spend the time. Ask that health issues may be addressed, and that she may be refreshed and equipped to return to the field.
