One of our short-termers, ‘Z’, is currently serving in the Indian Ocean Islands. Praise God for relationships that Z has formed with the family she stayed with during her homestay when she first arrived. She still visits them weekly and there are two girls of a similar age who have shown some openness to her faith, like allowing her to pray before dinner. Please pray for them and their parents, that they would have curious hearts and that the Lord would open doors to share the gospel.  Z has been struggling with her language studies and being able to retain what she has learned. Ask God to enable her to persevere and make progress so that she can be better equipped to engage in conversations with the local people.
