The Muslim fasting month starts today until 19th March. For the next month, Muslims around the world will be actively seeking to be holy before Allah as they fast during daylight hours. Today is also the start of Lent, when we remember the 40-day fast that Jesus undertook in the wilderness. Pray that believers use the opportunity of the Lenten fast to pray and be enthusiastic witnesses, sharing their faith in Christ with their Muslim communities in a meaningful way.
