On 7 February 2018 our IT system, despite the presence of anti-virus software, was attacked by a virus. Following extensive investigations our IT experts have reassured us that no personal data has been stolen, nothing has been copied and nothing has the left the control of AIM.
We are thankful to God that due to our existing business continuity arrangements our systems were up and running again within hours of the incident. There are a small number of supporter details which we have not been able to restore from the back-up systems but in accordance with the previous statement such data has not been stolen, copied or left our control.
Thank you for your continued support and prayers.
Please note that an Incident Review Document is available on request; for further information and/or a copy of this document please contact Andrew Reed (Associate European Director) at the AIM office.
