Following God’s Heart

After reading several missionary biographies, Paul & Helen started to feel God’s heart for those with no opportunity of hearing and responding to the gospel.

The year of African mobilisation

My family and I started our missionary work in the islands off the coast of East Africa and stayed there for 10 years. Our hearts were for the Islanders, to make disciples among them and to see churches planted. Heavily Islamic, the islands were almost totally void of Christians and churches. Except for the Malagasies.

Kotido ambulance repairs

All roads in Kotido, Karimoja (Uganda), are dirt roads and most people live in rural manyattas (villages) serviced only very poor tracks. When a labouring mother or unconscious patient needs an ambulance, currently the only way to travel is bicycle or motorcycle.

To the ends of the Earth

Wherever we are, and whatever our particular gifts and talents, God’s call on each of us is to share the gospel... “be prepared to give an answer..."
