Elle is part of a medical ministry team on the Indian Ocean Islands. Please pray for one of the local believers, Sarah, whose husband recently had a stroke. He has never agreed with her faith and has taken a second wife in another town. However, when she heard he was sick, Sarah was quick to drop everything and support him. Much of the personal care/provision that would be expected in a UK hospital is done by relatives there, including providing bedding, doing the patient’s laundry, cooking and feeding them. During his time in hospital, she was bold to declare Jesus’ healing power in front of hospital staff and non-believing members of their family who visited. Her husband has now been taken to a neighbouring island for care. Please ask that the Lord will grant both physical and spiritual healing to him and will use the faithful testimony of Sarah to draw the community to Christ.
