Barry and Heather work with Growing Nations in Maphutseng, Lesotho. Praise God for the opportunity they have had to invest in, and minister to an intern from the University of Lesotho who’s currently studying for her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Soil Science and Resource Conservation. She spent six weeks at Growing Nations, not only working alongside the students and learning about Farming God’s Way, but also growing spiritually. When asked what she had learnt about God during her stay she said, “I have learnt that when God has a purpose for a person to be at the particular place, He makes a way for them and guides them through every challenge. He helps people to be true to who they are rather than pretending to be who they are not. I have also learned that God gives us courage to overcome fear, embrace growth, try new things and break free from the habits that hold us back.” Please pray that she will continue to grow in her knowledge and love for the Lord as she returns to university.
