Kathleen Quellmalz serves in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania with Safina Street Network; an outreach working with vulnerable children and young people. At a recent Camp, Pastor John Kabuga, who had a similar past to many of the young people before he found faith in Christ, encouraged the young people greatly through his Bible studies, personal testimony and songs. Many were delivered from occult bondage and filled with the Holy Spirit. Tears were shed as sins were confessed and needs were brought to Jesus. The presence of God was palpable among them. They also had great fun playing games and taking part in the traditional football match between the SAFINA team and the villagers of Konga, where the school is located.
