On February 24th, 2024, a tragic bus accident in Tanzania claimed the lives of eleven ‘Youth With A Mission’ (YWAM) leaders and a total of 25 people involved lost their lives. Road traffic accidents are not unusual in Africa, however, the shock and grief caused by this accident is keenly felt. Pray for the families of the dead, that those who know Jesus will draw close to Him at this sad time. Pray that those affected who are yet to know Christ will hear the gospel and know that they have a Heavenly Father who is ‘close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit’ (Psalm 34:18).
