Where we come from is an important part of our identity. Why not think about your own identity by writing a poem about yourself, starting each line with the words โI come fromโ. Think about the places you come from, the friends you have, the books you like โ the things that make you who you are. Try to be specific. Instead of writing โI come from a small houseโ, write something thatโs unique to you: โI come from a house with a yellow door and a line of broken roof tiles, from a bedroom with unicorn wallpaperโ. ย
