Could you use your administrative skills to support AIM’s work seeking to equip local believers to share the Gospel among the unreached in Mozambique?
Background
Beira is one of the largest cities in Mozambique after the capitol, Maputo. AIM has worked in Mozambique since the late 1980s focusing on discipleship, theological education and church planting in the unreached north. There are growing churches in central Mozambique so AIM’s focus has shifted to envisioning and equipping the church for mission.
Vision & Strategy
Through providing quality administrative help to the AIM Unit leader and the wider AIM community your work will strengthen, encouraged and enable gospel work throughout Mozambique. AIM seeks to enable local believers in the areas of evangelism, discipleship and to develop Bible based leaders.
Ministry and type of work
The AIM unit leader is based in Beira and desperately needs administrative help to:
- Maintain financial records of AIM-Mozambique
- Support missionaries in the area of finances
- General office work
As the administrative role would not be full time you would be expected to get involved in a local church and actively disciple and mobilize others for discipleship and missions. A part time teaching assignment at the AIM Bible college (called IBS) could be a possibility.
