We just had a call from Manuel who serves as the doctor in Machanga. He is in Beira for an planning meeting on health. He has had to abandon the meeting to return to the Machanga. His belongings have already been removed from his housing and the hospital is about to be evacuated. Pray for safety as he travels early on Friday morning and for wise decisions when he is on site. He is the only doctor and also serves as the hospital director. He only graduated in July 2016! Pray for the people who will be affected. They were so happy with the rains but now much of what they planted may be washed away.”
