“…the Safina leadership team has been busy with the school project. We are thankful that the City Council of Morogoro approved our land purchase for the school last week and as a result we are coming closer to the public registration of the deed and a building permit. In February we received a visit from the representative of the foundation, who had promised us support for the building of the school… During past months we have looked at different educational models here in the country and have been able to talk with teachers and educators… We were able to learn what proves worthwhile in practice and what doesn’t. At the moment we are in the process of thinking through our concept with new ideas and I am excited to see what comes out of this in the end. Please pray for us.”
