“Father God; May the hills of Rwanda be alive with the sound of the music of your gospel. Send your Spirit to renew the many congregations that meet in the name of Jesus. As leaders are raised up and trained, may they be trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, fulfilling the ongoing ministry of Jesus. May the leaders be meek and preach good tidings. May they bind up broken hearts, proclaim liberty to the captives, open prison doors to the many who are bound in sin, sorrow and fear. May they comfort those who still mourn, giving them beauty for their ashes, the oil of joy for their mourning, the garment of praise for their spirit of heaviness. May all of this be so that you may be glorified.”
