Praise God for the opportunities she has had to share in the staff morning devotions, and that this has contributed to her sense of belonging in the community there. The last couple of weeks have seen some significant changes, with one of the residents suddenly leaving the training programme. It has left the surgical training very tenuous, and the hospital is trying to attract others to come and help with the service.
