They were especially encouraged to see how God continues to use Kijabe Hospital for his glory on a recent visit back to where they used to serve. The growth in patient numbers, training opportunities, and discipleship of students is exciting to witness. A particular highlight was seeing the new classroom building, now part of Kijabe College of Health Sciences. Before they left, Pete was excited that he had secured a small amount of funding to build four new classrooms. Less than two years later, God has done immeasurably more than they could have asked or imagined: a brand-new building now stands with around twenty classrooms, counselling rooms, innovation centres, and even online learning studios. They had the immense privilege of opening the building as a family, and an even greater honour in seeing it named after them.
