In fact, the majority of them will be at the bottom end of the list. The reality is that many of the countries in Africa are the poorest in the world, and as a result, their healthcare system suffers. Their hospitals face illnesses and diseases that would be preventable and treatable in other parts of the world, their life expectancy is considerably lower than other countries, and only 52% of Africans have access to the healthcare they need (African Health Agenda International Conference, 2021). It all seems hopeless.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the case though.
