A local believer, Mama Fiona, had stopped allowing the team to meet in her house for a Bible study, and recently she shared more about why this was. Having told her parents about her desire to follow Jesus, her father insisted that they would cut her off completely if she turned from Islam. Mama Fiona loves her family dearly and says she can\u2019t lose them, and so has agreed to go back to praying their way and reading the Quran daily. She is torn because she loves Jesus, but also her family. It\u2019s easy to say that Jesus is worth the cost, but Kay is very aware that she has not experienced the threat of family rejection and appreciates how difficult it is. Please pray for Mama Fiona and for her father, that his heart might be opened to the truth.
