Today AIM Europe staff are running an event in Inverness, and next Saturday an event in Edinburgh, to help us connect with Scottish supporters. Pray for Sheona, our Mission Advisor in Scotland as she coordinates these. Pray too for those able to attend, that they may be encouraged by what God is doing in Africa and able to help us enthuse the Scottish church for God’s mission plan.

Please pray for AIM UK’s Personnel department as they plan ahead and make decisions for next year’s Europe Based Orientation and Home Assignment Conference. Pray that God would guide them in deciding the most appropriate form that these conferences should take.

Please pray for AIM Europe’s Communications team as they work on the next edition of Connect, which focusses on creation care. Pray that the articles written will help readers to learn more about how God’s plan of salvation includes the whole world.

Today, a group of staff from the AIM UK office begin a short trip, firstly travelling to Germany to meet with one of our partner agencies, and then to Austria to meet with another potential partner. Please pray these meetings will enrich our relationships with both organisations and lead to more people being sent to share the hope of Jesus with those who have not heard of him.
Pray For Women
On Thursday 4th November at 8.30am we will be holding our next online prayer meeting, focusing on women who live and serve in Africa. We have re-opened applications for the part-time Fundraising Officer role. Following feedback we’ve decided to extend the role into a full time position. Into Africa
Please pray for the next Into Africa online workshops, running on four Wednesday evenings from 27th October. Pray that they will help those attending to discern God’s calling on their lives. For more information, visit eu.aimint.org/intoafrica.

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to fill the position of fundraising officer. Please do continue to pray for our next steps as we seek to discern God’s leading in this area of our finances.
